Default BMP weapons? That's so a month ago! Or is it?

Now that the BMP has been out for a month and we kinda got over the whole "OMG!1! It's shiny and new! I need to have it!1" - do you actually still care about the weapons?
Or did the novelty wore off?

When the weapons were released - I was semi-interested in some of them (mostly in terms of what I am missing since I don't have the BMP).
Now - I can't even remember a single one.
So even if there would be a way to obtain them - I wouldn't actually care anymore.

How about you? Would you still kill to have that super-sweet BMP skin or did you move on to something shinier and sweeter?

Stuffs ok... but I've moved on to high end stuff for the heck of it. The game is over why not go get the best stuff now that there's never going to be new armors or new goals to save for...

I have to say, I love the BMP Weapons. I no longer have to spend $$ to buy q9 weapons, instead I just do a fun mission, and earn some money while doing it.

The weapons are still incredibly exquisite and very well-detailed, including some cool shading effects. Best skins in the game, in my opinion.

I took a peek at the items at Kamadan the other night when I realized "hey who are all these new people hanging out up here". Some good stuff, and I've been considering getting the BMP's, but it wouldn't be for the items. I just finished one campaign and am about to finish my second. At some point I'm sure to FINALLY find some really nice Mesmer items, instead of the 10 trillion gold bows, axes, hammers and swords that I always seem to get. I just got to the Deldrimor War Camp and want to run through Sorrow' Furnace a few times, hopefully some nice stuff will drop for me. Talking about this makes me realize how much I still haven't even seen in the game...I've barely even touched EoTN.

Didn't really care when they first came out(got 1/2 for heroes), my feelings towards the weapon's still remain the same.

The stuff is okay... BUT I kinda already have too many items already. Don't really need anything else.

BMP things are kinda super-collectors weapons. I don't say no to them.

The only thing is that those missions get old real fast as you simply cant get any replay value by i.e. using different build or different tactics. (WTP Togos misson as Rt/N minion bomber )

The plan wasn't to discuss the accessibility of the BMP.
Like I said - it's all about the skins and the predictions of some users about players not caring about the newest toys after they aren't the newest toys anymore coming true.
Nothing else.

Am too new to have gotten in on BMP, wish that wasnt the case the missions sound fun, the rewards look sweet, and man walking past the NPCs and knowing I cant do that stuff kills me.....

Aside from that I have other weapons that are cool, and plenty of other missions to do yet, so I cant complain too much...hopefully they have another offer sometime so i can get the BMP eventually.

I love them! I got it and then was travelling for work for most of December. So to me,it's still brand new. I've playing since July 2005 and it actually rekindled my interest in the game. I love the bow additions for my ranger and the Tegu stuff is awesome. Now I can use all the mods I've been hording!

I finished all the 'quests' with one character to get one set of the weapons.....if I need another hero weapon (and have the mods for it) then I will do them with another character....but for now I look at my olias and his tengu staff and gwen with her mursaat one and think they are nice, but dont really feel like doing the quests again for some time.
